| Jeffrey Scott Ackert, P.Geo. Position: Director, VP Exploration and Business Development Mr. Ackert is a geologist with over 10 years of experience in gold exploration in Africa. Mr. Ackert has worked in Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger and Ghana in West Africa, and Tanzania and Kenya in East Africa. Mr. Ackert has worked for several majors in the past including six years as a mine geologist at Barrick's Golden Patricia mine in Northern Ontario. Most recently Mr. Ackert held the positions of vice-president of exploration and vice-president technical services for Orezone Resources Inc. | |
| Mwita Makenge, M.Sc. Position: Chief Geologist, East African Operations Mr. Makenge is an Exploration, Resource Development and Mining Geologist with over 10 years experience in Mineral Exploration and Mining in Africa. Over the past 8 years, Mr. Makenge worked for AngloGold Ashanti, primarily in Tanzania and Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). He was Project Geologist for the Mongbwalu-Bunia Project in Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Project Geologist for the Nyamulilima-Geita Project in Tanzania, and Mine Geologist for the Geita Gold Mine. He has also visited numerous mines and geological sites throughout Africa. Mr. Makenge is a Member of the Tanzania Geological Society (TGS), and he brings essential language skills and local knowledge to our project team. | |
| Christopher J. Wild, P.Eng. Position: Director Mr. Wild is a Geological Engineer with over 25 years of experience in mining and mineral exploration in North and South America, and Africa. Mr. Wild is a Director and V.P. Exploration and Chief Operating Officer of Anglo Aluminum Corp., Director of Cassidy Gold Corp., and Vice President of Exploration for Rockgate Capital Corp. Prior to becoming chief mine geologist for the Mount Polley Mine near Likely, BC, he was employed as chief mine geologist at the Goldstream Mine, north of Revelstoke, BC. | |

Position: Corporate Relations and Sustainability With over 10 years experience in environmental management, Mrs. Turek brings skills that will compliment the team as it moves forward with integrating sustainability principles throughout the corporate culture and business activities. She has supervised large projects and processes in a wide variety of areas and has worked in both the government and non-government sectors. She holds a B.Sc. (1998) in Environmental Chemistry from the University of British Columbia. |
